How to Export more than 1000 results in JIRA Desk Cloud?

Question

I want to retrieve an result who has about 15k lines, but only shows 1k.

Is possible to change some configuration ?

Hi,

Here we have jira desk, and we have about 17k tickets per month.

Sometimes they ask me the tickets exported in a excel for reports.

You can't change it.  In theory, Atlassian support could, but they don't, because it is there to stop you crippling the system with large downloads.

What are you trying to achieve here?  Not the download, but what information are you looking for?
