Create Agile Board (Formerly Greenhopper) with REST API

Question

In short, is it possible to create an agile scrum board using the REST API? I am trying to streamline creation of projects to scripts but noticed that I cannot create an agile board using either Bob Swift's CLI Tools or any REST calls. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is it possible to specify what kind of project you create? For example, Agile Scrum projects automatically have a board created for them. Also, is it possible to move issues around the board using REST? For example from "In Progress" to "Done" using REST or CLI Tools? Thanks

Currently there's no API calls to create a board using REST.
