Is there any way to subscribe multiple filters so that the results of all of those filters will be sent in one mail? Each filter's result in different table.

Not at the moment. But you can create an uber filter like this and subscribe to it.
filter = 12000 or filter = 13130 or filter = "Unresolved Issues"
Could this be the feature request?
Ofcourse, you can create anything as a feature request. Atlassian will evaluate it and work on it based on popularity (no. of votes) and other factors.
please show the feature request form. I could not find it.
