This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Flagging an Issue
The flag is stored in a custom checkbox field named "Flagged". There is only one value: Impediment. So to find flagged issues.
My question is can we customize and add more values for flagged.
You can add as many values as you want.
The behavior of the Flagged option image2016-6-9 23:58:40.png currently checks/marks the initial value only. Unflagging removes the check from the initial value.
