After creating a new workflow, users can't see the assigned tasks in either search and dashboard!

Question

Hi guys, I am quite new in Jira and recently created a workflow for our project in which there are couple of customized steps/transisions. Since I assined this workflow to one of projects, however users can assign tasks to each other, but the assignee cant see the assigned tasks to him/her (either in dashboard or search area). In the Activity Stream section it's mentioned the assign: changed the Assignee to on Have i missed a part while I was creating the new workflow? Update: I am using Jira 4.1

I did the re-index and the problem is still on!

Try to do a reindexing and see if it fixes the issue.

Thanks Nic for the quick reply. I checked the User groups , roles and permissions. They are all sound fine!

I double checked the issues, sounds the issues which were created before I assign the new workflow are having this problem and assigning is working perfectly for new issues!

Any Idea?
