Do not see any templates listed in the Create from Template macro Template Name drop-down

I'm trying to customize the Default Space Content template by adding a few Create from Template macros buttons but the drop-down doesn't display any templates.

When I've added this button to other spaces/pages I see my templates. I'm using Confluence OnDemand...is this a limitation?
