I think you want to setup Cards at JIRA Core, right? Well, I think that is not possible right now. The only features for JIRA Core Labs is this https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/jira-core-labs-800712865.html.
But if you have a JIRA Software license you could setup a board and customize your cards layout.
