Migration from Cloud to Server

Question

Hi at all,

we will move our JIRA from Cloud to a Server. I read in the Documentation that the links to the issues an so on in the E-Mails never works.
My question is now, can Atlassian create a forward to the new Server? (https:\xxxx.altassian.net to https:\yyy.myjiraserver.com)

I don't think they'll do a forward at all.

the cloud is still running for the next time (2 or 3 month) 
will a forward then running for these time?

No, once your Cloud system shuts down, it is removed.  There's nothing there to do any forwarding or redirects.

When you've moved to server though, the outgoing emails will have the new urls on them, it's only the old ones that will be a problem.
