I cannot login into "Docspace"

Hi,

I work for Lufthansa Systems and we use this "Docspace" tool powered by Atlassian JIRA. for some reason I am able to change the password of my account, but i cannot log in. Is there any trick?

You'll need to get in touch with your administrators to find out why you can't log in.
