Accidentally disabled JQL Tricks plugin and it no longer appears in Add-ons. How can I add it back?

Actually, this add-on is not meant for JIRA Cloud as you can see here. If you are using JIRA Server, please use the follow instructions to use this add-on: JQL Tricks Plugin
