Which is the best add-on for managing projects and resource utilization aspects in JIRA

I have installed the free add-on Multi-Project Management for JIRA but not sure how to begin using it.

Also wanted to know if there are any simple project management & resource utilization add-on's that I can explore in JIRA.

It would be Portfolio fore JIRA. This is a perfect tool for resource allocation/Project Management tool syncs perfectly with JIRA two way. You can explore more features by installing this add-on on Dev environment and create sample data.

Atlassian's answer is probably to add Portfolio to your JIRA, and use that in conjunction with Confluence.
