How can I display Due Date in Confluence "Create task in jira" screen?

Question

When trying to create tasks in Confluence on JIRA from requirements or meetings, I get the following message:

* Can not create issue for row 1 with error: Due Date: Due Date is required
* Can not create issue for row 2 with error: Due Date: Due Date is required
* ...
* Can not create issue for row N with error: Due Date: Due Date is required

And so on.

I've checked the screens configuration in JIRA but it never updates anything on Confluence. How can I enable the Due Date on a task?

We're on 5.9 as we're using On Demand.

If you are using a Confluence's version below the 5.5, the task's due date option using // don't work.
