How can i remove the deactivated user name from browse

Hi friends,

In my on Demand JIRA I have deactivated the one user(Removed from groups and Application Access). Then i am trying to create the issue, in the system field(eg. Assignee field) field when i browse the name for assignee field, the deacitivate user name does not displayed. But in the custom field (eg. Additonal notification field created by us for our purpose as a multi user selection) when i browse the names it is shows deacitivated user name also.

How can i avoid that one.Please share your thougts.

Hi Karthik,

Remove all groups of the user and then need to deactivate the user.
Could you please let us know still have the probleem.

What type of custom field is this? Is this from a JIRA add on or is this the userpicker?
