How can I see report of how many hours and on what issues developer worked today?

but how can I see how much time remining to this developer until the end of the project?

I am afraid I am not aware of a report that shows remaining time per developer of a project. But check out Time Tracking Repost from https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Time+Tracking+Report, this might be useful.
