Changing Server URL or DNS Forwarder

Question

We are looking to change our URL from https://company.atlassian.netto name.company.co.nz

Is this possible at all with OnDemand? If unable to change the URL, can we setup an A-Record to get the requested result and pointing it to IP of https://company.atlassian.net?
