I know the answer to these two questions used to be "no," but figured I'd ask in case a more recent update to an application has changed the answer:
a) Is there a way to use either the REST API or the JIRA CLI (or a similar scriptable tool) to move an issue from one project to another?
and
b) Is there a way to un-subtask (convert to issue) using any of those methods, either?
