Can there be multiple administrators?

Trying to provide multiple users the ability to change things that seem to be limited to adminstrators.

changing names of spaces - various things. We would like to create more that one admin - so that if one person is out/unavailable we have the ability to change many things.

Can you provide more information. What changes are ou referring to here.

If it is project specific changes then you can delegate some of the project admin work such as managing users in project roles, creating versions in project etc to the project admins.
