OnDemand Very Slow..

We are currently use Confluence, JIRA at OnDemand

I am using in South Korea

but Site response time is too slow.

Is there anything we can do to improve this?

Are you behind a firewall? Lot of people improved their onDemand speed when they fixed their firewall settings.
