I'd like to display a message after the issues is closed. Maybe a link to a survey or whatnot. Is it possible?
I think you can automatically add a post function using one of the functions from JIRA misc workflow extn plugin (free), to display a fixed comment after the issue transitions to Closed status.
This comment can contain your user message and any links to the surveys.
