Question

I am testing Confluence with the aim of purchasing. I am currently trying to set up a Confluence Global Template, but the TEMPLATE drop down box is not on my toolbar, so I have hit a dead end.

Is someone able to tell me why the TEMPLATE drop down box is not on my toolbar, and inform me how I can get it on there so I can continue assessing Confluence?

Hi Karen,

When you created a global template, this appears on Confluence Admin > Global template and blueprints list?

Can you let us know if you clicking on Create button, you can find the template? As Joe said, a screenshot would be useful for us understand the dropdown box which you are mentioning.

can you put in a screenshot of what the problem is? What's the TEMPLATE dropdown box that you're referring to?
