We have a scenario where we want to offboard a user but they previously were out on leave so their JIRA account was disabled. Is there no way to select their name in the user picker field from the entire user list and not just from active users only? Help. Thanks!
Unfortunately, no.
Deactivating users is a way for administrators to keep content created by users without those users being counted against their license count.
