Gister plugin stopped to work on confluence onDemand

Hello,

Our developers use gist to store code snipets and we would like to be able to embed them on our confluence pages in the knowledge base. Unfortunately this does not work as the gister plugin breaks each time i hit insert

Here is a gist I was experimenting with:

Copy and paste does not convert this url to a gist macro. Selecting gist macro from insert options and pasting this url will work show the gist in preview but Insert does not do anything - nothing gets inserted.

The only thing that changes after insert is that the save button is grayed out. See this 2 screnshots below.

I'm using the latest Safari (on osx yosemite)

Cool. Glad it works again.

Autoconvert will not work on Cloud.

Thank you David,

I haven’t got any null pointer exceptions, or I’m not sure where the logs are for the cloud instance.

I can confirm that the insertion of  gister marco works fine now.
The autoconvert isn’t fixed on my instance but that can be ignored.

This is now fixed. I've updated the macro icon location to have the full path and the macro now works nicely.

It looks like a fresh release takes a while to filter down to all servers, so be patient
