Remember me doesn't work

Hi,

We are using JIRA all day long.

We have to re-connect 10 times (or more) a day.

Why "remember me" doesn't work ?

clean your browser cookies
Check "Remember me"

Hi,

It seems that we have JIRA Agile.

So the solution doesn't work because the options described in the documentation doesn't exists.
