Can I set a custom timeframe for Tempo timesheets?

When viewing Tempo timesheets, the default options are Day, Week, and Month, and a set of custom options (last 7 days, last 14 days, last 30 days) as well as custom date input fields. We work semimonthly (1-15, 16-EOM). Is there anyway to create a Semimonthly timeframe – and preferably to set it as the default?
