control chart and CFD not loading

I am frequently experiencing the Control Chart and the Cumulative Flow Diagram not loading - it just presents a blank page. Is this a known issue (not found anything on the forum)

Seems to be Chrome 46 related?

Any workaround available (other than change browser!)

Hi Melisa, 

I searched for similiar issues but there's nothing related to this specific behaviour. From what I see, this might be browser related, size of the chart, issues not reindexed or a perfomance issue on going with your whole instance. In case this last one applies, I believe that raising a ticket to our support might be a good idea.
