Green Hopper 6 - Can a new project always get Simplified Workflow?

When I am creating a new project it seems to always get the default jira workflow - however I want the new projects to have the simplified workflow.

At the moment I am creating the project and then using the "Administer Project" to flip the workflow.

I might be missing something obvious but I cannot find a suitable answer on here.

Actually you can create a proejct directly from GH, in that page when you are creating the project, you can choose which workflow you want to assign, in order to do this, you may follow the following steps:

1. Click on 'Agile' dropdown menu.
2. Click on 'Getting Started'.
3. At this page, under 'Scrum' tab or 'Kanban' tab, click on 'create a new project and board'.
