The quick issue add disappeared from the plan view on the agile board

Keith Nottonson

On the Plan view of the JIRA Agile board, there used to be a box with a plus sign underneath the backlog that would allow users to quickly enter an issue without going through the Create dialog box.  It disappeared sometime in the past week or two.  Where did it go?
