Trying to import an external project from GitHub, "Invalid Token" Error?

Question

We're trying to import an external project from GitHub, but each time we get an "Invalid Token" error.

This is for a private repo under an Enterprise account.

We have forked it, and the user providing the token is an owner.

Anyone know what's going on?

"JIRA is expecting either a valid user or team name, however what you want to provide is the organization name".

Switched to non-Enterprise and got to the Fetching data screen, but it is hanging and has an error saying that "Issues are disabled for this repository."

It has been loading/hanging for ~20 minutes.
