can we create a form that feeds a table in Confluence

Hi, please let me know how to create a form in  Confluence that feeds into a  table on one of the pages on confluence.

An update - ConfiForms app is available for Confluence cloud. And creating beautiful and powerful forms is now possible in Confluence cloud

We have the solution(s) that work on "on-premise" versions of Confluence

* ConfiDoc. Include SQL, XML, JSON, CSV
* ConfiForms. Data Forms & Workflows

But for Confluence cloud it is not going to work... I guess the HTML macro is the fastest choice (if that is enabled)
