Rest api call to attachment is not returning the content in the attachment

Question

The call i am using is

https://cnwyjira.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/105028/Unix_migration_check_test.param.

When i copy/paste the link in url, i get the attachment with content in it. However, when i make call using that url on linux using CURL, it return nothing. Below is the call and output.

There is no output returned. Earlier, it used to return the contents in the attachment. It does not returning anything  now. Neither the contents in the file nor an error message.
