Getting error when attempting to edit workflows

Question

As of this afternoon I started getting the following error when attempting to make edits to Workflows:

The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

I am not sure why this is occurring. I have full admin rights and have historically been able to edit workflows without problem. Anyone encountered this before?

Hi Leul,

Please check the following which might be one of the cause.

It would be great if you provide log file which makes us investigate the issue easily.

You will need to contact https://support.atlassian.com for that, since they are the only ones who can check your log files and look for any related errors there.

By looking the error on the UI only, it's hard to say what can be occurring in this case.
