Any chance Atlassian is working on it's own CRM addition? Should we hold our breath or move on with another vendor?
Even a simple one would be nice. Mapping customers into issue records is getting annoying....
At the last AtlasCamp, there was a very strong implication that no more "type 2" addons are going on the approved list for Cloud. As for the suggestion about Atlassian writing a CRM addon - your guess is as good as mine. If they are, then I'd expect it to be something they bring up at Summit in November.

It's not the same as CRM for JIRA, but also covers CRM functionality.
