I am looking for a way to generate a reminder via "email/flag/change of color" for one or more cases that did not receive update for a certain amount of time.

I've been looking into this for a while now. Unfortunately, for me, when I setup an Automation step it is not notifying me. Have you tried to setup an automation step for yourself?
