Can I change administrator

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Manage users and groups

I wanna change administrator to another colleague, seems nowhere I can do that - any help please?

Yes:

* Look in "global permissions" to find out what group or groups are set up to be administrators.
* Add your colleague to one of those groups
* Ask them to remove you from the groups if you don't need to be an admin

The System Admins are defined in the Global Permission where you can add/remove users.
