How can I restrict "create user" from an email by domain?

Question

I only want user accounts to be created from emails that have domains that I specify.   Is this possible?

i think jira cannot handle this.

but JEMH does.

we use it in our installation as well. works like a charm.

you're able to allow/block sender domains and lots of other parameters.
