Im uploading a video file with file size of 14mb, it gave me an error, saying Im only allowed for 10Mb by the Administrator. How can we bump that limit?

Hello Frank, please check https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AdminJIRACloud/Configuring+file+attachments for more information about attachments size. The administrator should be able to modify it.

I hope this helps!
