Send JIRA comment to salesforce

Question

Is there any way where we can call Salesforce Rest API to pass the JIRA Comment to Salesforce.

I have successfull utilize JIRA REST API in salesforce and I am good to Create JIRA Issue, Update JIRA Issue, Add JIRA Comment, and Send Attachment from Salesforce to JIRA.

But I am not sure how to sends update back to Salesforce from JIRA system. Please help.
