Exporting a Project developed on one Atlassian hosted site to another Atlassian hosted site

My client has recently started using JIRA on an Atlassian hosted site. Because they were nor ready for a contractor to use their site, I have built a Project for the client on my Atlassian hosted site. Is it possible to move the Project configuration and the data from my hosted site to their hosted site?

you can use project configurator plugin and project import feature of Jira.
