how do I import a word document to a child page?

Question

Our file structure is in this format:

Training Division-> Training Division-> Recruit School-> Recruit School Objectives

I am trying to import a Word document to Recruit School Objectives section.  However, when the upload happens it is listed under Training Division-> Training Division.  It does not appear under Recruit School Objectives.  How do I get this done?

I believe I am on Recruit School Objectives...see below: The child page Word document ends up under the Training Division listed below in capital letters.
