UUID not stored in issue

Hi!

I have an on-demand instance and decided to try mobile connect.

I've gotten so far as having the ios application send feedback to the jira instance but I can't get the application to recieve feedback from jira.

As far as I can tell, the uuid field isn't set on the issues that's created.

Please advice.

Hi Frederik,

Once an Application has sent Feedback to JIRA, on next app launch, it will poll the JIRA instance in the background for any updates (comments on the issue that was created).

The UUID field should be stored with each ticket, however it will not be displayed anywhere in the UI, since it is considered sensitive information. ie. it is used to authorise a client to retrieve all issues and comments created with that UUID.

When you run your App in the Simulator, do you see any error or log messages in the Xcode console ?
