Unable to access user management

Question

I'm unable to access the Site Management window of my OnDeman site.

this is the error i'm seeing,  it just pinwheels for a very long time.  Is my site on maintenance?

If possible I would recommend raising a support request at: support.atlassian.com. The people at Atlassian should be able to help you a bit more :)
