can't find my server if

We can't access ourcompany.atlassian.net website to get the server ID to get new evaluation code.

How can I get it ?

Hi, why do you need the server ID for OnDemand? One isn't provided and you can't install a development site with it. That is only available for the downloadable version.

The link is about a JIRA installed locally, while we use OnDemand.

We have no access to out OnDemand site. How can I get my Server ID ?
