This is happening on IE11.  No errors on Chrome.

Tempo add-on is v 7.16.5.11

I have a few other add-ons enabled:

ServiceRocket Core Connector - Plugin v 2.0.9-OD

ServiceRocket JIRA Connector - Plugin v 2.0.9-OD

ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin - Plugin v 6.0.8-OD

It looks like your add-ons are of the wrong version - could you check that the Tempo add-on is valid for a start?
