Top navigation bar keeps disappearing

I searched and said to upgrade to 6.1 but we are on cloud. Please advise.

I’d be on a page, reviewing JIRAs then scroll up and whole navigation bar is missing so can’t go anywhere. Tried on both IE and Chrome and same thing.

This would happen if I go to Tempo as well – same thing. Not sure when it happens but happens often.

That sounds very odd, and I can't replicate it on Cloud.

I think it needs to go to Atlassian support for more investigation - https://support.atlassian.com
