How can I rename a default field?

Hi, I would like to rename e default field (e.g. from "Assignee" to "Assigned to") and others like that. Is it possible for on-demand (hosted by Attlassian) version? (considering also the persistence

)

Definitely not on noDemand. You can do this in downloaded version by modifying the internationalization text but not on onDemand.
