where can i manage predefined Workflows to deliver standard-Software products within projects?
JIRA ships with a handful of standard workflows it uses when you create new projects.
You can add workflows from the marketplace
You can define your own workflows
I'm a little uncertain on what you mean by "manage predefined workflows" because of the stuff I've just mentioned above.
