How to limit a group of users to browse only one project in JIRA?

I want to add a group of contractors to JIRA, but only give them access to one new project.

Use 'Browse Project' permission in project permissions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Project+Permissions

It is same in JIRA OnDemand.
