Insert page breaks in a page export

As an OnDemand user, how do I insert a page break when that specific page is exported to PDF so that I can keep my graphics and content or tables and content together?

I've modified the space pdf to page break after certain headers; but, my issue is on individual pages where I need to control the page break to keep the content together.

I found this trick for us OnDemand users that cannot use the html macro or create user macros do this it (it would be very beneficial if Atlassian provided at least these common macros that they even indicate as solutions in their own documentation).

In the PDF Stylesheet, I added:

h6,h7

{

page-break-before: always;

}

I used h6 and h7 since I don't use these headings in our doc for anything.

Where I want a page break, I insert an h6 heading and then make it white or the color of the background.

In the TOCs on the page, I make sure they don't display past a level 5

This will then create page breaks where I need. The downside is that there is always an extra row.

So, it would be very helpful if Atlassian provided a page break macro out of the box since this seems to be a comment request in the many forums/blogs that I read on the topic.
