Hi, is there a way I can see what changes other Administrators have made within our instance? A change has appeared in priorities and I don't know where the changes have come from as we have over 20 projects.

I found a third party plugin able to meet your requirement however the plugin does not support for JIRA OnDemand version. Please see JIRA Auditor Plugin for more details information.
