Recurring tasks lose recurrence configuration or disappear after being completed/regenerated

Hi there, I'm experiencing an issue where tasks set up with a recurrence rule stop repeating, lose their recurrence settings, or completely disappear after being marked as completed / moved to "Done".

* Could you tell me what might be causing this recurrence drop or disappearance?
* What is the recommended fix or configuration check in Jira Cloud / Automation to resolve this?
* Are there specific workflow conditions or rules I should adjust to ensure recurring tasks consistently regenerate?

Where are the task disappearing from, from a dashboard gadget results or a board? This is mot of the time based on the filter used or on the board settings.

Are you referring to Jira-Automation with a Scheduled Trigger or?

If so - check audit logs - maybe share configuration if possible.
